Scope of work includes:
- Provide facility name and street address/PSO #
- Provide System Description
- Evaluation survey information
- Visual inspection of system, manhole and/or clean out
- Smoke test/ notice door hangers
- Contact of Fire Marshall in your area
- Flow meter test
- Completion of survey and submission to D.E.R.M
