At Pump Outs Unlimited, we offer monthly maintenance for lift stations. Monthly Maintenance Includes:
- Monthly site visit to inspect the lift station operation.
- Inspect the level controls.
- Inspect operation of the control panel.
- Inspect and log amperage.
- Inspect for corrosion
- Inspect and Lubricate plug valves
- Clean and clear air vent
- Verify pumps operate on manual and automatic
- Verify that audible (bell) and light alarm work when float is tipped.
- Clean floats as needed
- Record run time for each pump as reflected on the elapsed time meter.
- Notify owner of required replacement parts and service needed.
- Completion of annual operating permit.
- Monthly ET WEB filings will be submitted to DERM
