It is a very simple process. The user calls Pump Outs Unlimited then we send out a licensed backflow technician to certify the backflow. Fills out and submits all of the proper paperwork for the city. Automatically enrolls the customer in their backflow program who will be notified each year by a Pump Outs Unlimited representative who informs them it is time to recertify their backflow.
