Pump Outs Unlimited will service your grease trap. Give us a call at 305.620.7005.

Grease traps, which are also known as grease interceptors and grease recovery devices, are plumbing systems that are designed to stop most grease and other solids before they enter into a waste water disposal system. Most normal waste water contains very small amounts of oils which are treated at facilities.

Give us a call at 305.620.7005 to have our staff send over a proposal for the service of your grease trap on a quarterly service.

Sewer Pipe jetting

Hydro or water Jetting is a method of cleaning  sewer pipes with extreme water pressure. It's efficient, environmentally safe, and economical. The high pressure water jetting is the best method of sewer & drain cleaning available. Solid blockages are easily removed along with grease, soap, scale, and sludge buildup on pipe walls. Unlike cable or electric snake drain cleaning machines, jets of high pressure water scour the entire internal diameter of a pipe for maximum cleaning effectiveness.

Call us at our office at 305.620.7005 for a formal proposal.

Pumping out drains, on a tuesday!

There are different storm drain system structures out there. Some of those structures include, Catch Basins, French Drains, Injection Wells, Slab Covered Tranches, Retention Boxes and Soakage Pits. Each of these structures serves a purpose in a drainage system, and needs to be maintained in order to ensure proper functioning of the system as a whole. Neglect or improper maintenance will lead to flooding of the property and even to the reduction of the useful life of the drainage system.

WHAT ARE LIFT STATIONS?

Waste-water lift stations are facilities designed to move waste-water from lower to higher elevation, particularly where the elevation of the source is not sufficient for gravity flow and/or when the use of gravity conveyance will result in excessive excavation depths and high sewer construction costs.
Lift stations are used to reduce the capital cost of sewer system construction.  When gravity sewers are installed in trenches deeper than three meters (10 feet), the cost of sewer line installation increases significantly because of the more complex and costly excavation equipment and trench shoring techniques required.  The size of the gravity sewer lines is dependent on the minimum pipe slope and flow.  Pumping waste-water can convey the same flow using smaller pipeline size at shallower depth, and thereby, reducing pipeline costs.

LET US HELP YOU!

Pump Outs Unlimited Inc is well equipped to get any job done , no matter how big or how small.

We will jet those clogged lines!

Clearing Clogged Sewer Lines
To clear a clogged sewer line, a nozzle with a forward jet(s) is used. Forward jet(s) only use a small proportion of the total GPM to bore through a blockage with a minimal loss of propulsion. The forward jet is design to bore into the blockage to allow the rear jets with more flow to remove the bulk or remainder of the blockage. Note that a forward jet(s) may have reduced flow per orifice compared to the rear nozzle orifices; the pressure (PSI) is always the same at all orifices.

Lift Stations!

Key elements of lift stations include a waste-water receiving well, often equipped with a screen or grinding to remove coarse materials; pumps and piping with associated valves; motors; a power supply system; an equipment control and alarm system; and an odor control system and ventilation system.  Lift station equipment and systems are often installed in an enclosed structure. They can be constructed on-site (custom-designed) or prefabricated.

In standard septic systems, gravity is used to flow the sewage from the home to the septic tank, and then to the leach field. When the sewage needs to be pumped because the tank or leach field is at higher ground.septic pumps are also used to pump sewage into the city sewer, when the street sewer line is higher than the home sewage line. Septic Lift Stations fill with sewage to a certain level, then the pump turns on and the sewage is pumped on to the next stage.
