Call us at 305.620.7005 to clean your drainage structures.

To be sure a parking lot drainage system functions properly, it should be cleaned and maintained on a regular basis. Preventive drain and catch basin cleaning is the key to minimizing the risk of property damage and unnecessary expense. When parking lot drain cleaning is performed as a part of regular property maintenance, the amount of time required and the material disposal volume are both greatly reduced, which results in simpler, lower cost service. Our Technicians will provide you with the best service.

Call our office at 305.620.7005 for a formal proposal to clean all of the drains on the property.

It's raining and the storm drains are not draining...

If a storm comes through and the drain cannot accommodate all of the water flow, there is a serious potential for flooding, which of course can lead to building and structural damage that can be very costly to repair. A working storm drain is essential for every building or home and needs storm drain cleaning on a regular basis to keep it working, or locating or the drain and backup repair needs to be completed.

If it has been over a year, it is definitely time to have the cleaning service done.

Give us a call to our office at 305.620.7005 and we will send a proposal.

Your storm drains are not draining...

Storm drains have grids to prevent large objects from falling into the sewer system. However, the bars are fairly widely spaced so that the flow of water is not blocked. Consequently, many objects fall through.

It is important to monitor and clean catch basins to prevent street flooding, property damage, and hazards to the traveling public. Do this at least once a year.

Drains, Drains, Drains! Clean your storm drains NOW!

Storm drain systems need to be cleaned regularly. Routine cleaning reduces the amount of pollutants, trash, and debris both in the storm drain system and in receiving waters. Clogged drains and storm drain inlets can cause the drains to overflow, leading to increased erosion. Cleaning increases dissolved oxygen, reduces levels of bacteria, and supports in-stream habitat. Areas with relatively flat grades or low flows should be given special attention because they rarely achieve high enough flows to flush themselves.

Some common pollutants found in storm drains include:
  • trash and debris
  • sediments
  • oil and grease
  • antifreeze
  • paints
  • cleaners and solvents
  • pesticides
  • fertlizers
  • animal waste
  • detergents

Call our office at 305.620.7005 and we sill prepare a formal proposal for you with no obligation.
Our wonderful staff will give you the help that you need for your drains!

Clearing Clogged Sewer Lines

Clearing Clogged Sewer Lines
To clear a clogged sewer line, a nozzle with a forward jet(s) is used. Forward jet(s) only use a small proportion of the total GPM to bore through a blockage with a minimal loss of propulsion. The forward jet is design to bore into the blockage to allow the rear jets with more flow to remove the bulk or remainder of the blockage. Note that a forward jet(s) may have reduced flow per orifice compared to the rear nozzle orifices; the pressure (PSI) is always the same at all orifices.
